My dining experience at Grand Coney was very disappointing and unfriendly. Despite giving it two stars, the only positive was that the food was edible and the customers at the table next to us were pleasant to talk to. However, the young host and waiter were unprofessional, unable to make eye contact or speak audibly. It took 10 minutes for our server to take our order and an additional 25 minutes for the food to arrive. The server only returned to give us the bill after we had finished eating, without saying a word. Despite there being only 9 tables and a limited staff, the service was slow and disorganized. I would recommend looking for another restaurant unless you are willing to tolerate...
So the hostess getting upset that my family asked how much linger till the waitress comes by? Turns into thata just his demeanor to talk down to saying that you gotta juat wait n understand plus I busy so I didn't get drinks, hey its OK just asking and understand you are a hostess just wondering how long that's all cause we have been sitting for 15mins, we'll you gotta wait geez ok so understand that now do you know what u want like for a drink or???? This person's tone of voice and demeanor was that of my oldest when I tell him no ps4
I would give this restaurant less than 1 star if I could. The meatloaf with burnt onions on top was inedible. My granddaughter's fries and mac and cheese were cold and dried out. My son-in-law's Philly cheesesteak was overcooked to the point of being burnt and had to be returned. We waited a long time for our disappointing food. We have had good experiences here before, but this time was a complete letdown. Definitely not worth the money. We could have gone to a better steakhouse for the same price.
Server Alex was great but the kitchen messed up . Ordered my dog without onions... came with onions. Wife ordered burger without tomato and lettuce... came with tomato and lettuce. Daughter ordered gogurt... came with fries.

The waitress took a little while to arrive because the restaurant was busy, but the food was good. My son and I enjoyed a traditional breakfast, while my wife had biscuits and gravy, all of which we thought were delicious.
I visited Grand Coney on Father's day! Even thought it was very busy Courtney still had a smile on her face and very upbeat and quick! My glass was always full and she was very attentive! Will be back again soon!
We stopped in for breakfast before birthday shopping, and Courtney, our server started our day on such a positive note. She was very attentive, and nice. A absolute great experience for breakfast
Our food was amazing! Our server Courtney was the best. I would definitely go back and sit in her section again super fast and quality service!
