We have electric bikes and have dined here before, using their charging facilities. We stopped by for a quick meal and, after politely asking, the server allowed us to plug in. However, just five minutes later, she returned to inform us that the manager had said no. I don't understand why he didn't come out to explain his reasoning. Because of his poor policy this evening, he has just lost two customers. Their approach is inconsistent. It's a terrible decision, and I'm going to let all the other e-bikers know about their customer service.
Been going there since they opened many family birthday dinners there and myself going there to get to food to go. Would not let me order what I usually do instead wanted to charge me $20 for a whole meal. all I wanted was a chicken enchilada which I always get and they told me I was not allowed to. They just lost my business and my whole my whole families business. Fernando was great not his fault but I will never be back.
I came in at 835 to have a meal and all the staff were cleaning around me. I asked what time they closed and they said 9, I felt like I was unwanted. You would have thought the place was closed. I can understand doing dishes but to be sweeping and playing on their phones is not acceptable. If they didn’t want any additional guest 25 minutes before they closed they should have locked the door.

I’ve had my share of authentic Mexican foods. This was by far the nastiest . I had the chicken enchiladas. No seasoning no cheese. The tortillas were not cooked! So dissatisfied. My date had the birria tacos. He was not pleased! The only thing that was good were the free salsa and chips, And to think I’ve been dying to try this place. Never again!!!!
Grand Hacienda was supposed to have a Day of the Dead Celebration 10/31 11/2 with music and fun. We walked in and nothing was going on and the waitress did not know what we were talking about. The flyer was posted in all the local papers and on the website and no celebration? Very confused.
My server, Fernando, was incredible and really kind. The food here is excellent and tastes fresher than at other grand haciendas in the area. I'm very pleased!
I visited for the first time as a newlywed, and it was fantastic! The food was delicious, and the service was excellent.

We had a group of 10 and visited on a Saturday night just before the dinner rush. The food and drinks were outstanding.
