The service at breakfast was worse than anything else. Even though there were a lot of seats outside, the restaurant lady told us not to sit there since there were only two people and led us deep inside where the lights were off. I thought it was racial discrimination and it didn't make me feel good. When I spoke to them in English, they made faces as if they didn't understand, and they only spoke in French, making communication difficult. I apologized at the reception when checking out, but I don't want to go again. Food drinks: Inconvenient breakfast restaurant service

L'hôtel Gallia est idéalement situé, à proximité de l'entrée du sanctuaire. Notre chambre était très confortable et spacieuse, le parking de l'hôtel (payé) est un vrai plus à LOURDES. Le professionnalisme et la gentillesse du personnel à la réception, ainsi qu'au restaurant La Belle Époque, doivent être mis en évidence. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir à ce bel établissement.
