curiosity brought us to this restaurant, close to the paul ricard circuit and discovered in the context of the operation "all at the restaurant", we were delighted with this beautiful discovery; Provencal entry of Provençal vegetables in salad and its antipastis of vegetables, the very good followed by a well-controlled cooking canette accompanied by super well cured cabbage and apotheosis with dessert at the melting chocolate and its vanilla ice. ...beautiful operation all at the restaurant = menu at 29€ for 2 (1 purchased, the 2°offert chef)..Imbattable in this class of cuisine... good service in general and mention 4 stars to the young woman who served us for her a-propos and her very fin...
We returned to the pitlane restaurant for the second time. The first experience had been successful so we returned there without fear. However, this second experience was much less successful. Terribly long service for a 2-course menu (nearly 2H30). Overflowed personnel (the wine was served in the middle of the resistance dish) and very unprofessional for some).In the plate a disappointment as well. 200g butcher room very small and with lots of nerves. Two poor sardines in the entrance. It's a shame because the setting is superb, the hotel is very well.
We went to this restaurant in the week as we were on a walk around the corner.If the site and the establishment are beautiful the kitchen is far from being up to the height... Indeed, we chose the "room of the butcher" announced at 200g but which had to make 120 to 130 g maxi piece that turned out to be very nervous and hard to cut with a very small cup or fries. We followed two gourmet coffees quite insignificant and a bottle of var wine (50cl) correct. all for 80€ for two seemed exhorbitant for a more than average benefit. We won't go back.
We often visited the site of this restaurant, but never went there. and in the course of the operation "all at the restaurant" we jumped the step. and were delighted: perfect reception, host without choking too much, very professional, modern and friendly, very tasty cuisine, perfect dessert. We'll go back.

tout simplement trop long 3 heures pour être servi. les serveurs repartent les mains vides, les verres s'accumulent. Les deux dirigeants n’aident pas alors qu’ils le devraient. Malheureusement une déception totale. Je n'ai pas encore fini de manger.
Nous avons pris notre petit-déjeuner au pitlane et nous nous sommes bien amusés. Il y avait un large buffet avec des crêpes, des œufs brouillés. etc. le service était impeccable et le prix (15 euros) correct.
flat very good and dessert quite successful but it is really a shame that the service team is not very smiling and eager to finish the service ... the welcome is to really see again damage.
