The portions at Grand Wok have significantly decreased while the prices have increased. I paid $11 for a shrimp lunch special and received only three shrimps, whereas they used to serve much more. Additionally, they forgot my water, which is supposed to be included with the lunch menu. It was a waste of money, and I left still hungry. Very disappointed. I will never order lunch from Grand Wok again.
I have been ordering from Grand Wok for around three years, and the food is good. However, the woman who handles the orders is incredibly rude and really should not be taking calls. Because of her attitude, I won’t be spending my money here anymore. With so many other Asian restaurants in the area, I’ll be exploring other menus. Goodbye, Grand Wok.
I've only ever ordered takeout from Grand Wok, and I've never been disappointed. The food is clean and free of MSG. The staff are polite and efficient. Jean takes our orders and is wonderful—offering great recommendations and always patient and friendly. I wish more people would show consideration for those working in small businesses.
Our office placed a lunch order special and one of my coworkers wanted an egg roll so I called to asked her if the egg roll was included in the lunch special Jean said go online and look she was screaming on the phone she was very rude. Never orderingagain ???? Réservez une table maintenant
