The bar staff were not really happy to sure drinks, the bar was always empty and the buzzer that they are meant to carry was always left at the bar, so you have to wait until they are finished what they are doing and see you to be able to be served. The manager was pleasant and helpful, often filling in for the bar lady and serving a drink when needed. Sandeep seems to want to go home early, pulling all the chairs away from the machines 1 hour before closing time, this is a rude gesture to clear the club early. You have travel afar to find quality and value for money. Granville star is truly a star. Staff were very customer service orientated friendly and helpful . The venue itself is clean new seats comfortable ambiance. I want to praise the manager Alan who was only to happy to give us a pleasant dining experience.I normally frequented the bankstown star but find the service their poor staff rude the food bland , stale and the lunch menu is always the same. When you ask for clean culterlry staff tell you to use same culterly leave it on the table and re use.The manager Phil at Bankstown is very complacent towards resolving issues. This is my second visit, this time for lunch. It really is first class and my comments are being a bit picky, but these were my observations. The Chinese BBQ Pork ribs has bones in it and was pretty ordinary. The Salmon Pot Pie was in a bowl and I didn't like it at all. The Mongolian beef is good. compare to the star buffet in bankstown.. I wouldn't bother again..Food was basically tasteless and portions were stingy..that goes for chinese and western food.. and the BBQ steak.. I think the cook was saving gas.. as every piece of those steak was basically raw and had no seasoning.. the Asian BBQ meats was a joke aside from the pork belly..we saw that they don't change the bain marie instead they just throw more on top .. gross.. and the grand finales.. curdled cream with your desert?... which btw .. I found they added sugar in the cream.. couldn't even flick the cream off the spoon.. I would never go back there..

Grandville Diggers Star Buffet does not disappoint!Well run and clean. Fair enough price per head ($24 for an adult and $1.90 per year for a childs age)Lots of great choices..Most novel part is the sushi train with constant flow of fresh sushi coming out of the kitchen.Chinese food, fresh salads, carvery and great desserts. Tables and tables of patrons eating the fresh prawns and crab.A chocolate fountain with skewers of marshmallows to drizzle under. Lots of great little desserts.Great place for a crowd. Just remember to eat slowly!
I recently had lunch at Granville Diggers, and I must say I was quite impressed. The new menu they've introduced is not only delicious but also very reasonably priced. The staff members were polite and attentive, which made the dining experience even better. I highly recommend giving this place a try!
Limited range of cocktails and liquor.Nicely upgraded.If you visit here ask the bartender for a stinger on ice. Clue,half cognac ,half creme de menthe over crushed ice!Good parking.
Probably has potential, but needs significant investment. The staff appear polite and professional, but unmotivated. Can't say I blame them. Food menu also needs work.
