The food was enjoyable, but the service was incredibly slow. We had a reservation at 5:45 PM and were seated promptly, but we waited 25 minutes for our drinks to arrive. The appetizers were served on time, and we didn't have to wait long for our main courses, but they forgot a few items that we had to remind the server about. They finally brought them out just as we were ready to eat. After that, it took another 30 minutes for us to place our dessert order, and then another 30 minutes to actually receive our desserts. This was not the ideal way to wrap up my birthday celebration. I definitely won't be returning to this restaurant!
We celebrated our 55th wedding anniversary at the Grato and are so happy we did. The staff went out of their way to make it such a special night. The service was fantastic and the food incredible. We will remember this night for many years to come. Thank you Grato for making our Anniversary so memorable.
My experience at Grato from beginning to end was absolutely incredible! The pork chop was TO DIE FOR, Josip my waiter was super attentive friendly, and even the manager was hands-on! The inside was so gorgeous, it was a true gourmet dining experience! The price was 100% worth it :
Haven't been there in a while, so I was expecting much better. Just average. For an Italian place I guess I always expect good quality. Meatballs were horrible, pasta dish I had was ok (no taste) and the pizza was average. Probably won't revisit. Service was very good though.

Great food and great customer service. I ate there with a group under a reservation. The appetizers were very good and the chicken peperonato dish was very good. The portions were near perfect size.
Had dinner here on a Saturday evening. Everything from the bread for the table (focaccia) to the drinks to the meal and dessert was delicious. Service was fantastic and loved the ambiance.
First time here and LOVING it! Had the vodka pizza and oricchiete (I definitely don't know how to spell that) and they were delicious!! I sat at the bar and Katie was amazing
Grate service, food and decor. Definitely recommend if you like Italian cuisine. It is on the pricey side so might want to prepare yourself.
