This was a 50/50 experience. I got three things, and only one was decent. I asked for the bagel to be extra toasted, and it didn’t seem like it was toasted at all. I got an iced coffee which was made with hot water and instant coffee, and then the employee walked around the counter to put ice in it from the fountain machine. The employees were also not wearing masks even though there was a sign on the door saying masks were required. I usually enjoy American Bagel, but this location does not hold up to the brand.
The cinnamon crunch bagels used to be my favorite from this restaurant, but recently I've noticed that they no longer have the crunchy topping that I loved. Instead, they only have a simple sugar topping now. Because of this, I have started going back to Panera to get my cinnamon crunch bagels, as they still have the crispy topping. I may try again in the future to see if they go back to making them the way they used to. If they do, I will update my review.
I absolutely adore this restaurant. A coworker recommended the delicious American bagels, and I can't get enough of their Veggie Supreme sandwich. As a vegetarian, I appreciate the variety of options available. I visit this place almost three times a week, and highly recommend it! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming too.
Eat is good. service is good. so expensive. they have to brighten the place. it looks like they're out of business. but I decided to go to the door and try. my daughter, whose vegetarian wanted a sandwich and I couldn't think of a place close to go. I'll try again, if they have something special, I'll take advantage of it.

so happy that it is a brick and mortar that I can come near home. only if I ever had this big bagels and is great homemade cream cheese at the airport. the personal here is super friendly and the environment feels locally different than most chains.
Disappointed I used to come here for years and their speciality blueberry bagel always had blueberries melted on the outside along with a crunch filling now it’s just a regular blueberry bagel not specialty at all
The restaurant offers simple, freshly baked bagels without a variety of flavors. The carb content is quite high, so it's a treat to indulge in every couple of months.
Always a great trip. Love my Asiago cheese breakfast bagel with the spinach cream cheese!
