I encountered issues while trying to place an order through the app, as I kept receiving error messages. I attempted to contact customer service, but there was no email address provided on the website. When I clicked the "email us" option, it opened the Gmail app without showing an email address or any method to reach the company. It's disappointing that they don't have a functional app or a way for customers to get in touch with them.
