The exterior and ambience was pleasant, a bit small but well organised in terms of layout to ensure you don't feel too claustrophobic. I liked the option to sit down either in or outside as regular pork roll stores don't provide seating.
One of the staff was already attending to a lady's order though was greeted by another kitchen staff whom asked for my order, "Hi there, what would you like?" to which I answered but then be told, "she will take your order" pointing to the lady behind the counter. Pardon? Why she asked in the first place is beyond me and admittedly left a sour taste.

SUMMARY - place is a bit far off, definitely for the real foodies who wanna have an adventure, but once you are there it is well worth a try.

Ne commandez pas les rôles de printemps. Je viens de commander certains qui sont clairement assis bien à la date d'expiration. Ils sont forts et complètement inacceptables. Un gaspillage complet d'argent. D'autre part, le poulet Pho n'était pas trop mauvais, mais toute l'expérience est devenue en colère. Je m'aime quelques rouleaux de printemps, et c'était la pire chose que j'ai jamais rencontrée.
PHO Broth trop doux, trop gras, pas assez profond, ne signifie pas assez de goût. Aucun pho spécial offert. Pas d'eau offerte, je devais donc acheter une bouteille. Ma commande a été interrompue par le caissier en prenant le caissier pour commander une autre personne, régulière. Je me sentais très léger. À côté de moi, j'étais un homme fracant, mais c'est un bon signe, non?

Not that it's bad, but there's better & cheaper Pho around within walking distance. The service was friendly, and it was pleasant to sit outside to eat on the street on a nice sunny day.

Do not order the spring rolls. I've just ordered some that have clearly been sitting out well over expiry date. They are chewy and completely inedible. A complete waste of money. On the other hand, the Chicken Pho wasn't too bad, but the whole experience has been soured. I love me some spring rolls and these were the worst I've ever encountered.
