Good take out. My wife and I get take out from Great China every Thursday after work. Generally we get soup, crab rangoon, and an entree. The wanton and egg drop soups are standard chinese fare good, filling, but unremarkable. The hot and sour soup is unlike that of any other chinese restaurant I 've tried. It seems to have some sort of peppers in it so that the hot isn 't driven by black pepper like most variants, but instead it almost has a jalepeno flavor. It 's good, but unusual to be sure. The real gem of this place is the crab rangoons. They are inexpensive, but you get a huge bag of them, lightly fried with a rich creamy cream cheese/crab center.
