Played golf here today, the course is not in bad condition considering what it was like a few years ago. The tee boxes are a bit uneven. That said the greens were all in pretty fair condition and the fairways were not to bad considering...the dry weather we have recently had. There is plenty of parking and a nice bar and cafe area. The staff are all very friendly worth a trip. They are clearly putting a lot of effort into improving the course and the seating areas outside. they prepared a very nice breakfast for all of us. They also have a fitness gym etc..
No signs so we think we ended up playing the wrong nine holes as not one of them was marked!!..... hills of mud and empty bunkers were found!..... terrible greens. All I can say is had there of been just a couple of...signs to tell ya which path to follow I might be writing a different review. Place looks like a pikey building site with pot holes and dumped rubbish all over the place. Won’t be going back. Oh not to mention the gypsy looking mobile homes that the company are also trying to flog!! They don’t even look over the course!
I haven't played here since the new hole was built. everything I can say is done well. the new curslayout of my opinion is much better. with the amount of wet weather in the last time played the curs extremely well. Yes, there is room for improvement, but with. we really enjoyed the winter conditions today. only a temporary green. the 19th holes were just as good. well done. on today's merit, they must give the best brand in total.
Played golf at Great Hadham and was disappointed to see that the course was in very poor condition, I can honestly say there was nothing good to say about this course, tees to green are in bad condition very patchy greens. It reminded me of...a un maintained public course. I would not play here again there are much better courses to play.
