Sadly, this place has lost its footing on what used to be top notch customer service by the employees. On a recent trip there, business was slow, and the employees seized the opportunity to socialize with one another while ignoring their few customers. When they called my name to pick up my order, not everything that I paid for made its way to my bag. They also just left myloaf of bread sitting on the counter, and did not say a word. I returned to retrieve it but unfortunately, some items werestill missing in my order and was not realized until I got home. This is NOT how the business was before. While their bakeryand food items are good, the subpar customer service hurts them big time.
Unfortunately, this restaurant has strayed from its once exceptional customer service. During my last visit, the place was relatively quiet, and the staff chose to chat among themselves, neglecting the few customers they had. When my name was called to pick up my order, not all of the items I paid for were in my bag. They simply left my bread on the table without a word. I went back to get it, but sadly, I later discovered that several items were still missing from my order once I got home. This is not the standard of service they used to provide. While their bakery and food items remain good, the decline in customer service will ultimately hurt their business.
I've visited this bakery several times and really enjoy their bread and sandwiches. However, my most recent experience was not pleasant. I'm currently pregnant and usually come here weekly to grab a sandwich after my appointments, along with some bread and treats. I asked if they could heat the turkey in the microwave for about 30 seconds so I could have lunch, which they’ve done for me in the past. But today, they told me they no longer provide that service. I found that very disappointing and a sign of poor customer service. I won't be returning.
Always an amazing experience coming to the Great Harvest Bread Co.!! The free bread samples of there freshly baked bread, the warm welcome as you walk through the door, the aroma of heavenly baked bread filling the air, and did I mention the free samples?? A must go when in the clackamas area. Always a fantastic lunch option. And you can ask for any bread for your sandwich! Oh, and don?t forget to try the cookies!! ? Réservez une table maintenant

The Challah is a must-try, and the Sunrise breakfast roll features a surprising combination of ham, egg, and potatoes enveloped in a delicious dough.
