Unfortunately, Great Harvest has declined in the quality of customer service that once set them apart. During my recent visit, when business was slow, the staff chose to chat amongst themselves rather than attend to the few customers present. When my name was called to pick up my order, not all the items I paid for were included in my bag. Additionally, they left my loaf of bread on the counter without saying a word, forcing me to go back and retrieve it. Even then, some items from my order were still missing, which I only noticed after getting home. This is a far cry from the excellent service Great Harvest used to provide. Although their menu offerings remain tasty, the poor customer servi...
Unfortunately, this restaurant has strayed from its once exceptional customer service. During my last visit, the place was relatively quiet, and the staff chose to chat among themselves, neglecting the few customers they had. When my name was called to pick up my order, not all of the items I paid for were in my bag. They simply left my bread on the table without a word. I went back to get it, but sadly, I later discovered that several items were still missing from my order once I got home. This is not the standard of service they used to provide. While their bakery and food items remain good, the decline in customer service will ultimately hurt their business.
I?ve been to this bakery multiple times I love their breads and their sandwiches unfortunately this last time was not a pleasant experience. I?m currently pregnant and come here weekly and get a sandwich after my appointments, along with loaves of bread andsome treats. I asked them if they could microwave or heat the turkey for about 30 seconds so I could have the lunch meat, andthey?ve always done this today they told me that they do not do this and will not do this from now on. Seems ridiculous to meand terrible customer service! Won?t be back
Always an amazing experience coming to the Great Harvest Bread Co.!! The free bread samples of there freshly baked bread, the warm welcome as you walk through the door, the aroma of heavenly baked bread filling the air, and did I mention the free samples?? A must go when in the clackamas area. Always a fantastic lunch option. And you can ask for any bread for your sandwich! Oh, and don?t forget to try the cookies!! ? Réservez une table maintenant
