We stopped here for a quick launch after whale watching. We love mexican food, but honestly we were expecting more. We wanted to compare with our mexican restaurants in Czechia, and we expected completely different experience in location with much better access to mexican food ingredients. I suppose it is lack of effort. Food was flavourless.
We dine here frequently, and they have the best crispy chicken tacos, bean and cheese burritos, chimichangas, steak quesadillas, and veggie quesadillas. The staff is consistently excellent, regardless of how busy the restaurant is. In my opinion, there's no reason to try other Mexican food!
My husband and I travel from Ontario specifically for this restaurant. They serve the best carne asada and egg breakfast, as well as the most delicious shrimp burritos. Hugo provides fantastic customer service and always remembers my name, even though we've been coming here for years.
The food was good! However the wait may be a bit long as it is a small place which means that service is slow. However, we did get a small plate of chips for free due to the wait. It is a hidden gem and definitely more affordable than the nearby restaurants. Réservez une table maintenant
I had the best meal during my five days in LA. It was fantastic! I absolutely loved it. On Tuesdays, they offer tacos for just $2, which is a great deal. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!
