Only a minor issue but concerned about taking meals back which have been half plated up. Order was replaced but was told to give back wrong order that had been plated up as I never noticed it was the wrong curry. I certainly wouldn't eat it after it has been plated up from a strangers house and surely this will not be given to another customer!! Out of good gesture and our inconvenience we should have been told to keep meal. So only answer would be to bin it. That's bad service and just greed.
Ordered a roast pork chow main Was just a plastic container of mush , no taste to it this was probably just put in container in microwave, no sign of any bean sprouts , returned this to be given grief from chef , he said he’s never had a meal returned, my wife got a beef curry which was the same think beef was boiled very disappointed, eventually after being abused by chef
Phoned an order in for delivery , very polite helpfull staff . The food arrived when it was expected and it was full of flavour and hot . I believe they even deliver to the red lion caravan park . Best Chinese take away in Arbroath !
We got a takeaway from Great Wall in the new year and yet again it was great! Occasionally we try the other takeaways but for a chow mein you can't beat this restaurant. Good variety of dishes, quick service and decent portions. Réservez une table maintenant
Enjoyed a takeaway. I did order garlic honey chicken, I suspect that she thought I had said garlic chilli chicken as the food was very spicy with chopped chilli.Very good though.
Food with sauces was very watery and I've never seen spam in a fried rice. Very much lacking in flavour across all 5 dishes. Won't be back but it was the only one open.
Have order from the Great Wall a number of times also tried several of their dishes and never been disappointed.. Plus the service and fast delivery is exceptional :
