I went for the first time today and received (disgusting) uncooked chicken so I called and they tell me they’ll make me a new order, so I drive all the way back to give them back my old order and pick up the new order and the girl tells me “No sorry”. They had already cooked me a new one, and she wouldn’t give it to me. So I wasted my time and my money. I guess she’d rather everything get thrown away rather than having a happy customer? Do not go here, it’s terrible food and terrible service.
We Ordered takeout and the ETA was 30 minutes, we waited that time and then drove over there, by the time we got there our order wasn’t ready and they hadn’t even started to put it together. They gave us our food with a smile and we walked out. I ordered shrimp and vegetables lo mein, the food was decent upon first bites, definitely not the same as the Fort Lupton great wall. Further into the night i found my stomach hurting, my throat drying up, and nausea. i threw up all morning.
Ordered lomein noodles tasted definitely not fresh over cooked dried out the shrimp seemed just thrown in there without being grilled seemed like room temperature they weren’t even big shrimp they were little and nasty. My husband combination rice some was undercooked and hard. The egg rolls were not fresh nor a lil crispy. It was just gross so disappointing for spending money there
This used to be our go-to Chinese takeout, but they've been terrible the last few times we ordered. They must've changed cooks, because food went from great to awful, overcooked, under-sauced, anything fried tasted rancid, like the deep-fryer oil hadn't been cleaned in months. Too bad, really was great once upon a time. Réservez une table maintenant
I cannot believe we slept on this place for 4 years before it was recommended to us by a newer resident of the area. Great wall is delicious, the food is always hot cooked fresh! They also have a cost efficient lunch menu with good portions!
This is without fail still my favorite Chinese food place. The wait for food even if you order ahead is super long but that just shows how many people love their food. I've never seen the place empty.
Food is good but there is only 4 tables that are usually taken by people picking up... if you want to give it a try you won't regret it but plan on take
