Great Wall Kitchen

Was told 15-20 minute wait for pick up. Got there around 30 minutes after calling and they were only just then putting the chicken in the fryer.. pork fried rice tastes greasy and old, not much flavor to it and the pork cubes are actually just fat… fries were cold and soggy. Chicken wings weren’t as crunchy as they should’ve been and were very bland. You’d think I got a bag of beef jerky with how dry the boneless spare ribs are.. not a drop of sauce on them and they taste like cardboard. Very dissatisfying. My 5 year old is the least picky eater I ever met and she even said “I don’t really like the way they make the fries here… they taste dry to me.” Egg roll was so oily and undercooked.. th...

The owner she and her husband are very nice people. The owner she is always polite, kind and super friendly! She especially goes out her way to please each and every customer making sure they're happy upon customers entering., she greets them with a warm smile. She consistently thank you after paying . I come for for the spare ribs, along with the beef and Broccoli. Whenever I can't make it to Philadelphia To Chinatown, I go to this place. I've been coming here for very many years. And. I ordered at 9:27pm and they said 40-45 minutes, I didn’t get my food until 11:30pm. I called to check in my food and they said the driver left, but I live 7 minutes away. When I got my food it was cold and greasy. Really disappointing and it was the 1st time I’ve ordered from here.

The food is so amazing! I just recently moved around here and the food at this restaurant is delicious. Great customer service and the driver arrived on time and was super friendly and nice. I go here because of proximity to my home. the food is below average. my usual order is chicken broccoli with lo mein and it doesn't come close in comparison to other places. the lady is sweet and provides great customer service but outside of that I wouldn't go here

I live 6 minutes away and they still take a hour to deliver. Never order fries with delivery they will be cold before you get them !!!!
