Good amount of city, just not a lot of space. We made 8pm reservations because there was a 30min wait. When we arrived, the place was packed. We got stuffed grape leaves and sausage as appetizers. I never had stuff grape leaves and wasn't sure what to expect. It was stuffed with rice, which had a good flavor to it. The sausage was cooked just right. They were not dried out. I ordered the baby lamb chops. They rank number two only to Capitol Grille's baby lamb chops. My wife was extremely happy with her meal. A wonderful, gourmet Greek restaurant in Ramsey, northern Jersey. Basically, anything you have ever had in a good Greek restaurant, they have here. Both grilled haloumi and sauteed kefalotiri cheeses for appetizers; baked shrimp Santorini with fresh tomatoes and feta cheese, and galaktobeuriko fine, lemony custard with phyllo pastry, for dessert. Unfortunately, they don't have a liquor license, and I love Greek wines, especially the white retsina wine, which has The unusual, but delicious light taste of pine resin. I know it sounds unusual, and it took me awhile to become accustomed to the taste, but nothing else will do with a Greek meal, unless it's the red mavrodaphne. :

I particularly enjoy the meatballs, moussaka, and Greek salads. They are always willing to make adjustments to ensure customer satisfaction. I visited last night on a Saturday and arrived at 7 PM. It felt like we were on an episode of an amazing race. No restaurant should serve all the food in just half an hour; it really took away from the enjoyment. Unfortunately, this wasn't the fault of the waitstaff, but rather seemed to be a decision from management. It might be a better option for takeout instead.
Food was delish (mussels and spaghetti with salad, but our waiter was a little crabby and impatient. Wouldn’t let us split checks and snapped at us when we asked. Would go again cause the food and service was great but the staff was ok.
Amazing service, great ambiance, and incredibly delicious food!!! Highly highly recommend. The fish roe dip was exactly what I was craving!! The complimentary bread and olives were generous along w the cookies at the end!

Food was very good. I was caught offgaurd when I ordered the Gyro Platter and the pita came sliced into triangles. I would think a Gyro comes as meat wrapped in a full pita. But everything tasted great.
Ordered Greek Fries to-go, came out all soggy full of grease. Looks like they decided to drop old fries back in the fryer for to-go customers. Definitely won't revisit.
