Wish I can give 0 star. This man gave me a tuna wrap without tuna…… He asked me from the beginning if I wanted a wrap already made I said no I want it fresh and would like to add extras he said ok. He proceeded to add everything I wanted wrapped it and gave it to me. I leave the place and ate the first half of the sandwich and kept thinking where is the tuna! I took two bites out of the second half and there’s nothing. The man gave me a wrap full of vegetables. I went back to the Hispanic employee that made my wrap and he proceeded to argue with me. I asked him are you going to keep arguing with me; he said yes three times and was extremely rude raising his voice and not allowing me to talk....
I was the first customer to order a salad, and I had a disappointing experience. The salad contained a piece of enormous peppercorn that I couldn't eat, and to top it off, I found a black hair in it. When I showed the staff member who prepared the salad, she offered to make a new one, but said she couldn't refund the $16 I spent because the manager wasn't available. No thanks; I just found the whole situation unacceptable.

If I could give it 0 stars I would, I was charged 5.99 for two scoops of ice and half of pineapple, which was supposed to be pina colada, I told the guy that it had no flavor he told me that’s what I order he couldn’t do anything else. Over priced, never coming back again .. rude costumer service ?

The salad was nice and a bit more expensive compared to other restaurants. However, it was fresh, and the service was excellent. I recommend it!
Lady was on her phone and when I asked for a smoothie she looked at me like I was deaf and d I feel bad for whoever owns this place.
Mangonada is water down so much. Taste like watery ice smoothie with a hint of tajin and chamoy. So expensive.
