I've been loading multiple times through this company You show up You go inside You get a designated door and get Loaded it up.. Recently I've been dropping my trailer to make matters more efficient I show up Hook to my trailer go in and Get my paperwork.. Now they change The rules around without informing the drivers.. I showed up early hook to my trailer Wait until they open so I can get my paperwork.. the The yard driver Comes around yelling and screaming Talk about I'm not supposed to hook up to my own trailer Before checking in as if I suppose to know that.. I informed the yard driver to not ever yell and scream at me With the same energy he gave me oh they don't like that... horrible p...

I had a great experience at this location on January 12th and encountered nothing but professional staff. I showed up 30 minutes before my 8am appointment, with my clean/ food grade trailer, and it was loaded in less than 30 minutes. The shipper even gave me 2 six packs of peach tea and apple sauce to have on the road. Be a professional wherever you go and whatever you do, and positive things happen!

Started off stressful....very busy place..Greg in Shipping overcame the situation and made it a very professional and pleasurable experience! Will def not mind coming back..Need more employees in like him in this business! He also gave me a present for my 5 year old girl for her Bday. Thanks Greg!

Shipping is at door 35, and yes the bald clerk is an A’hole so park in designated areas… and not the thoroughfare. They ship after 06:55 no earlier. Receiving is on the other side at door 15 starting at 05:00 very nice on receiving side.

They don’t let truck drivers use there restroomThere is a nasty porter potty and that’s itNo water to brush your teeth and refresh yourself .
