I hadn't been to this restaurant since before COVID and had been wanting to return for a while. I finally made it back, and the falafel is just as delicious as I remembered. It's made fresh and crispy to order. The space is bigger and improvement, and many of the same friendly staff are still around. They offer a vast selection of fresh toppings for your falafel sandwich, making for a really filling meal. The food was excellent, but the service left much to be desired. My mom requested a paper menu because both QR codes were for catering, and we needed the regular menu. The staff member responded rudely, saying, "We don’t have paper menus," even though we could see some right behind the counter. Fortunately, the manager intervened and provided us with a laminated menu. It feels like they don't realize that not everyone can use QR codes, especially elderly people like my mom. Plus, since both QR codes are for catering, they definitely need to address that issue. It's important for them to show a bit of compassion towards older customers and anyone else who prefers or needs a physical menu.
Ordered from there Friday. When I got to the restaurant the counter person informed me I shouldn 't have placed an online order (their website encourages you to order online , they had not noticed my order so had not even began making it. I walked in as this person was telling a bunch of other people I guarantee your order isn 't ready so... Their online ordering forces you to add a minimum 15% tip (for pickup... and overall the pizza was bland and kind of disappointing. I imagine they have a niche clientele, that 's why I had he go there. But I 'd ovoid the place. Oh, and they overcharged me $6 for some reason for a delivery charge despite me choosing pickup. Rip off.
I was quite disappointed with my fish and chips order. The fish was overcooked and greasy, and the chips were also very oily. I ended up throwing it away. I usually enjoy the falafel pita sandwiches, which are always excellent. Next time, I'll make sure to just stick with the falafel.

The food is simply delicious. I'm Italian and have a wife that keeps kosher and we finally found a good place for pizza! Even their pasta and salads were good and for a decent price. The place inside is small but I did get the food to go
This restaurant is hands down the best I’ve ever visited! I adore all the dishes and the staff is incredibly lovely. If I could, I would eat here every single day! We travel all the way from Brooklyn just to enjoy this place! Delicious!
Alas, I don't live in New York any longer. Was my favorite lunch place whenever I was in the vicinity.
We ordered delivery, and all I can say is: Potato Pizza. Give it a try. You'll love it!
