We had a disappointing Sunday lunch with food that seemed to be microwaved rather than fresh. One staff member was attentive, but another was too preoccupied with their phone. This experience took place six years ago, so we hope that there is new management in place now and that things have improved. The presence of ice crystals in the food was unexpected, but it was the attitude of the barmaid that most upset us.

Really welcoming pub. Made to feel very welcome by all the staff. Great value for money and the pub is kept clean and tidy.
