We had two meals here on our trip to Peebles and both times the food and the service were fantastic 10 stars for me. Best to starve yourself before going in as portions are not small. Or ask for a smaller portion of course Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Kid-friendly, Great value

The rooms could certainly use a refresh or two, but the rooms are clean and tastefully decorated. staff is friendly. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great value
