I visited this restaurant on two consecutive Saturdays and both times the steak bakes were served cold, not even lukewarm. I had experienced this issue previously but decided to give them another chance. I will not be returning to this Greggs again. When I asked the staff why they never check the temperature, all I received was a shrug of the shoulders. The manager needs to address this issue before more customers decide to leave.

Good on you Greggs for telling two yobs from JJ Construction, Haverhill to wear face masks, which they have never done from the start of Covid when entering the shop. When confronted by a customer he was told to f....k off in front of staff, women and children and as a parent with my 12 year old son we were shocked at their outburst. Apart from this incident Greggs is a pleasant place to visit.

I absolutely adore Greggs, especially their sausage rolls. They are hands down the best sausage rolls I've ever had, and my family agrees. All of the food at Greggs is delicious, so if you're out and hungry, I highly recommend stopping by. We all love the food here and I would definitely suggest it to anyone looking for some tasty eats. Xx

this place is great they do nice slices and if you need it hot you can ask all the staff i've talked to have been nice like this place loads and its close to my work to which means i can grab something for lunch there Réservez une table maintenant

The food is reasonable as to are the coffees but sometimes the service is very poor on other occasions the service is good. It's cheap and very good value for money so well worth a try.

having staff smoking outside the shop in uniform is disgusting, weather they are on a break or not having staff in uniform smoking is not a good look for the business

Unfortunately, whenever I have been there, I have noticed that the floors are always messy and the tables need to be wiped down. It makes me reluctant to dine there.

Lost my custom as no hot food. No point buying cold pasties or slices in winter as taste yuk. Sorry but most of what is sold tastes awful cold. Réservez une table maintenant
