The restaurant was clean and offered good value for money. However, there wasn't much variety in the food options, with only a packet of sausage rolls in the basket. It seemed like they may have been understocked and need to restock more frequently. The staff provided excellent customer service.

Over £4 fir a small cup of hot milk that vaguely tasted of coffee and a cold steak bake . I'll stick to McDonald's in the future cheaper, hotter tastier. Only reason for 2 stars was the good service certainly wasn't the food.

I was served by an elderly gentleman and it was a pleasant change. He was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. The steak, however, was only lukewarm, but it still tasted good. Réservez une table maintenant

Served quick and hot. Its a Greggs and you get what you’d expect. Okay they’ve had to put up their prices in the last year, but VFM on the motorway hard to find.

Greggs in the Medway Pavilion off of the M2 is a great place for a break from the road. The service is fast and friendly, and the vegan sausage rolls are tasty.

Whats the point in selling food thats sold as hot but is actually always cold. needs to have doors on the shop

Open early and well stocked. a bit pricey, but an only option apart from Costa in the main building.
