I've been passing by Greggs since it opened, avoiding the poor parking situation caused by the staff filling the lot, but I only decided to buy something today—and I regret it. The woman at the counter was polite, but it felt like she was moving in slow motion as she went to the back to fetch a roll. Despite it just having opened and me being the first customer, they had already run out of rolls. While she was gone, another staff member emerged from the back, fiddled with the till for no apparent reason, causing her to stop and give him a long, questioning look when she returned—rightly so. I had a terrible experience with the service, particularly from an elderly lady with colored hair who was quite rude. She was the most miserable person I've ever encountered. The only positives about this location were the friendly and helpful young man and a girl named Mia. Additionally, there's a blue van parked in a very awkward spot, making it difficult to both park and walk by. It would be best if the owner could find a more suitable parking place.

I don't know why people complain I went today OK chicken bakes weren't as hot as they could've been. But no rude staff and fairy quick as for the parking it's not staff it's the customer's parking try parking a coach i park at the roundabout and walk down 4 stars for not so hot bakes. It's not a coffee shop it's a bakery hence the name greggs

The food is delicious, and the staff is friendly, but they often seem to close early. I’d really appreciate being able to grab a sausage roll at the end of my shift! It would be helpful if you updated your signs to reflect your actual closing time. Réservez une table maintenant

My order arrived later than confirmed and when it did finally arrive half the order was missing as they hadn't read the receipt and added it to the bag. A real fuss to get a refund too and obviously no breakfast today. Very disappointed.
