While visiting Banbury, I decided to give Greggs a try and ordered a pepperoni pizza from their menu. I was told it would take around 10 minutes, but after waiting 20 minutes, I had to ask for an update. A lady, whose name I didn’t catch, rudely informed me that my pizza was still in the oven. After another 10 minutes, I went back to the counter, and she mentioned she needed to assist other customers who were still deciding what to order. I pointed out that there were no customers at the register, and the oven was already open. Eventually, she brought out my pizza, but upon returning to my apartment, I found it was burnt.
