we decided to eat here as it was raining. A lady member of staff showed us to a table with little enthusiasm or conversation and provided us with menus. The menu choice is pretty poor and is like an American/British fast food type menu. We really didn't see anything we really wanted but it was raining and it was convenient. There were three other tables occupied so not busy. After 15 minutes with absolutely no sign of a waitress coming to even ask us if we would like a drink we walked out. I work in the customer service business in the pub and restaurant world and this was just not good enough. I expect food served in 15-20 minutes of ordering not a hello. My hamburger was ordered well done and the waitress said she understood but it came out almost raw so obviously she did not. I ordered a salad for my wife and ratatouille for myself but never got the ratatouille. I guess our waitress didn't really understand English. You could tell she was new because she brought the wrong plates to the wrong tables. I felt sorry for her. The desserts looked delicious as the other waitresses brought the out but ours didn't have much flavor in the fruits.
Great little find this , staying in a nearby Chateau we had to drive out for evening meal , first couple of nights into Bayeux, getting turned away from several for not having reservations, this was tiresome after long days siteseeing, we saw this and it was half a mile from our Chateau, not fine dinning but food was excellent good choices on menu great helpful staff and reasonably priced We used it 2 nights . Cross between nandos and beefeater 4 stars
SMALLEST rumsteck EVER for 22€!! See the photos. My fiancée asked for the salmon and it came out burnt for another’s 22€ and she asked for medium, not well done (not burn also!! . Did our bill twice wrong, 1st did not use the discount we had from the hotel, 2nd charged us for drinks and dessert included in the price. Go here only if you are almost dying from hunger!! Better go to McDonald’s.
