Le personnel courait partout avec l'air extrêmement occupé (alors que l'endroit n'était même pas plein). Après une heure et des minutes d'attente, nous avons enfin réussi à attirer l'attention de quelqu'un. Courtepaille is a chain restaurant with many locations in France. You can count on a wide selection in the menu, excellent wait staff, and a very clean building. It may not be the most fabulous meal that you will have in France but it will be a good meal with no unfortunate surprises, at a reasonable price. My wife is vegetarian and she found many options to select from. I enjoyed the entrecote(steak). Service agréable et variété de grillades avec des frites pour plaire aux enfants. La cuisine est ouverte, donnant ainsi une ambiance et un goût de barbecue. Le tout est accompagné du style traditionnel français avec salade et pain servis avec le repas. Les locaux sont très modernes, propres et neufs. Le personnel est très accueillant et attentif, mais avec les plats et les boissons, la note est assez élevée et cela ne fait pas une sortie bon marché.
Good service and variety of grilled food with chips to suit childrens' tastes. Food is cooked in an open kitchen, so has a barbecue feel and taste. It is all mixed with the traditional French style of being served salad and bread with the meal. The premises are very modern, clean and new. Staff are very welcoming and attentive but with 3 courses and drinks, it all adds up and is not a cheap night out

Grande chaîne de restaurants grillades. Je suis venu ici pour le dîner. Lors d'une soirée tranquille, la serveuse a également grillé la viande. Parce qu'elle était occupée, les flammes touchaient parfois la viande, ce qui faisait un peu de viande brûlée, mais l'intérieur était parfait comme nous l'avions commandé. Personnel sympathique et bon rapport qualité-prix, mais rien de spécial.
Great meaty restaraunt near our hotel. The food was good and our waitress lovely. The maitre d was a really miserable woman....rude and dismissive. ..virtually threw our food at us. The food is good value but look out for the drinks prices. Was the most expensive coffee of our holiday.

Attente interminable entre les plats (pas assez de personnel), nourriture insipide, prix trop élevé. You have to wait a long times between each course (no enough staff). Food without taste. Too expensive.

Nous sommes arrivés à Tours assez tard après un long trajet et nous avons fini par venir ici. Très relaxant, personnel super et un menu varié que nous avons tous apprécié.
They offer a good choice of food including some meal deals. The waiting and service staff were all excellent. The food was all very good. Recommended.
