eating here was decent, but the culinary experience was ruined by the dishonestness of the personal. we ordered 3 main courses, 1 glass 1dl wein, 2 glasses 2dl wein and a cup hot water. at the order, the staff did not inform us about the costs for hot water. from our experience throughout Switzerland, if hot water is desired, we would either be informed about the price or it would be complementary. when the bill was calculated, we saw that there was a fee for tee at the price of 3.50chf. we were confused as we didn't order a tee, so we asked the staff about the appeal and got a lot of excuses. It was my first time here and the grill house was recommended to me by Portuguese friends. The food was very tasty, the meat was on point. Service was very nice and accommodating. The price-performance ratio is really great! I can only recommend the grill house, I will come again.
