We had a late dinner here yesterday. Family of 7 with small kids and teens. Place was pack and busy but there were plenty of tables. We had single kebab with rice and nan, half grill chiken, chicken wings and nuggets(toddler cant handle spice). All very well seasoned and tasty. I would definitely go again for the kebabs and grilled chicken. And also to try other items in the menu which are too many. Even tho it was busy they had plenty workers and our food trickled in quick enough! Cash only which was a bit inconvenient for travellers or tourists like us. There are parkings off street outside. I don't like giving negative reviews and try and find a positive word to say but unfortunately in this case I have to say that this could possibly be one of the worst dining experiences in regards to food quality I have ever had. Refried chips refried burger absolutely disgusting the curry was watery and there was minimum pieces of chicken the flat bread that came with the kebab was like cardboard. Is it no surprise that the place was dead when Jaffas across the road was packed on a Thursday. Won't be making this mistake again avoid at all costs. If I was the owner I would be very concerned reading this.
I used to come here regularly and get a 7 pizza meal for £3.75. I went just recently and price had basically doubled. It had gone to £6 and on top of that, they only offered a bottle of water where as before, they used to offer a can of drink. When I received the food, I was very disappointed. The portion size was unacceptable. The pizza was barely 7 , more like 5 . The portion of chips were ridiculous as well. This used to be a great place but suddenly it has become very bad. I dont intend on going their any time soon. I'm also warning friends and family to stay away to save them from becoming broke.
We went to Grillaz on a Saturday night. Preston was very busy in the run up to Christmas but we got a table for four and were made very welcome by all the staff. We ordered a steak and chicken sizzler (there was plenty for two), crispy chicken glazed burger and a chicken platter off the kebab menu. We also shared mouth watering garlic breads with cheese. The home made chips were top notch. The staff were really attentive and brought us a big bowl of delicious mixed salad. The quality and quantity of the food were first class and it all made for a really memorable night out. We will be back soon.

I first visited grilllaz with my cousin and the service was absolutely amazing the cleanliness off tables and kitchen was 10/10 after trying all the food places in the area I find it very hard to match it to this every thing I have is beautiful! The staff are so polite and the manager was so polite and happy to help It didn’t feel as if I was in a restaurant but in a friends house Iv read some bad reviews of this place and can see the obvious lies. Please if your going to eat any where in Preston eat here!
I revisited the restaurant with friends on August 11th and decided to try the jerk chicken at the owner's suggestion. I was not disappointed - the jerk chicken at Jam rock is one of the best I've had. I will definitely order it again on my next visit. The overall food at this restaurant is always great. Keep up the good work!
Nice little place in Preston city centre. The lady behind the till was very friendly and gave really good service. The food we ordered was a good size and was so tasty and fresh. I would definitely go again and try something else on the menu as there seems to be a lot of choice.
I visited Preston for the day and stopped by this restaurant. It was superb! We tried the wraps, which were really tasty and a great value for the money. Excellent experience overall.

Worse place ever awful food and service is the worse ever. Rang them to put sauces on the food told me I have to pay for it. Don't bother the good came after 2hrs
This restaurant was incredible! The food was freshly made and the service was excellent. The staff was friendly and very attentive.
