Grillera - Réservation de table

We ordered an appetizer right away. Then as we were eating the appetizer, the waitress took our order. Each of the of us ordered salads and main dishes. We waited about minutes. The waiters brought the salads at the same time as our main dishes. When we complained that we had expected the salads first, the waitress was clearly defensive and blamed us for not telling her that we had wanted the salads while the main dishes were being prepared. Furthermore, there was no room on the table for all of the dishes.

Three of us dined at Grillera on a Friday night. At it was rather empty but began to steadily fill up. The service was very good with all the staff attentive and accommodating. The food was very tasty, beginning with the traditional salad and nicely warmed pita bread. We all enjoyed our meals and even brought some home. The dining area could use some sprucing up as it seemed a bit dated. Nice to be able to talk during dinner without having to shout. A very nice experience!

The restaurant was not crowded, yet the servers neglected their tables. It’s unfortunate that a place with such good food suffers from such poor service. The management should initiate a training program to ensure that servers are properly trained and then appropriately managed during their shifts to offer guests the best possible experience.

The service was slow and I am not speaking about the food to table time more the attentiveness of the servers. Our server was more interested in using his cellphone than helping customers Please note it is also BYOB which is not indicated on the website. Réservez une table maintenant

Outstanding food and service. The appetizers are out of this world. Try the eggplant, kibbeh, liver, humus and sigara boreks. The meat dishes are well prepared and tasty. The bread is always hot and delicious. Go there and enjoy the food.

Our restaurant offers a variety of dishes including large portions of chicken skewers, vegetable platters, lentil soup, and many other options. It is one of the top places to dine in.

I visited this restaurant for the first time during lunch and it was excellent! The Sheppard salad, zucchini pancakes, stuffed cabbage, and hummus were all amazing.
