An experience that is second to none! Ordered a gyro plate with additional liver three weeks ago. We know each other and always had the hope that the food might be even better, but sauces have been inedible for a long time, just like the gyros, which are over-seasoned. But what we were given three weeks ago was pretty much the very last thing you could offer customers. The liver (see photo was bone dry and crumbled when cut, that was definitely no longer good, the tzatziki was sour and more than over it! We called and were told to please address this the next time we ordered and we would get a replacement. So far so good, we say to ourselves, everyone deserves a second chance. Ordered a dish...
We ordered gyros gratinated with bernaise sauce and told the driver to please call because the children were sleeping, that was the first thing that didn't work. 2. It came gyros casserole with cream sauce. I called to complain about it, a new one should be made, but I should give the wrong one back (it will definitely be given to the next person). After more than an hour the food was there, the fries from before were of course cold, and they didn't even add a new portion as an apology! The new casserole was inedible with mushrooms in between that didn't belong there. Such a money-hungry shop. Things have been getting worse for years. hence my first complaint ever. It 's just a matter of processing many customers quickly. And all this at the expense of customers and the quality of the food. We have ordered there for many years. In recent years the fries have repeatedly been soft and inedible after delivery. And today the bird was shot, with a delivery time of 1 hour and 50 minutes. And then you can 't even speak properly to the staff. You get the cheeky answer: French fries are basically nothing that you can deliver. So customer service looks different. It is not possible to give criticism instead it is presented to one of the listeners.
Depending on what you eat, the food is delicious, but only selected items have unfortunately deteriorated considerably. The friendliness also leaves a lot to be desired, I've been a customer for several years and everyone used to be friendly, but unfortunately that's no longer the case. A question that was simply asked in a nice way is unfortunately answered in an unfriendly and sloppy manner by the boss himself. Of course, when there's a lot to do, it's stressful, but you should remain friendly. It's a shame it seems that way because the store is *running* and you can afford to lose customers.

Es war mal gut ,mittlerweile sehr teuer,und unheimlich schlechte Qualität,zudem Personal sehr unfreundlich. Man wartet ewig ,2 Stunden und mehr.
2 Std und 45 min. auf 2 Pizzen gewartet.... Stornierung wurde unfreundlich Tel. Von einer Dame entgegengenommen. Nein danke, nie wieder!
Unfortunately within 2 weeks, I received the wrong food twice. And the young lady at the front is also very unfriendly!

Wie immer gutes Essen bei guter und freundlicher Bedienung. Typische große Portionen.
Essen war schon einmal besser. Pommes weich. Lieferung dauerte eine Stunde.
