We are regulars at Grinders, and we love it there! Whether your looking for lunch or dinner Grinders has great food for both. I personally love their Grinders, which are sub sandwiches, oven baked with all the right flavors. They also have many options for meats and toppings for their sandwiches. For dinner I get their honey barbecue chicken with cheesy baked hash browns. It is so good. I can say that almost everything on their menu is excellent. I would highly recommend eating here. The atmosphere and staff is wonderful. We have been going here since they opened and we love it there.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I had a to go order with a meatball sandwich and a tender loving sandwich. Not only that I had spent another 20$ at least on pies when I went in. As I get home to eat I notice my chicken sandwich has no mayo. No big deal I'll throw some on there. Then my girlfriend goes to eat her sandwich. NO MARINARA SAUCE. Then when I call to make a complaint I had to call 5 different times because I kept getting left on hold then I finally got hung up on. Never waisting another dollar here and I HIGHLY advise anyone else looking for a good meal to steer far away from grinders
the service was very bad , the authentic grinder I ordered was skimpy to say the least and the presentation was very unappetizing. I waited 10 minutes to get a napkin. I waited over 45 minutes to get my sub. This is ridiculous. No one came back and checked on me to see if I was satisfied besides that ,,, I thought I would let it all slide and I ordered .. Needless to saythat took more than 15 minutes I was at this restaurant. Long enough to have stayed home and made my own dinner. very very upset with this restaurant. I don’t believe I’ll ever go back unsatisfied customer.
Somewhere is a hit or miss restaurant. Some days you receive amazing service and food, while others it is lacking in one aspect or the other. During our last visit, my son's fruit bowl consisted of only 2 mandarin orange slices and 1 piece of strawberry, which was disappointing. My southwest salad had very little chicken and the flatbread that came with it was so hard that it was impossible to bite into.
Always a great place to eat. Service is very good kind. Delicious food dishes. Highly recommend.
