We had a great experience at Grindhouse. We were in town for an event earlier in the evening that ran longer than we expected. As a result, we arrived at the restaurant within an hour of closing time. However, we never felt rushed. The person who took our order was patient and thoroughly answered all our questions. As it was our first time there, we had quite a few. The server who brought our order to the table was friendly and made certain that we had everything that we needed. Our food was perfectly prepared and delicious. I would highly recommend the chili cheese fries.
We had 2 people at 6:45 pm on the Friday night of when the Braves were playing in the World Series in Atlanta, so it was pretty packed. They have plenty of parking. The downstairs is for all ages and the upstairs is 21+. They have a bar and lots of TVs upstairs, great for watching sports. We did a pickup order yesterday. She got her usual turkey cowboy burger but it had no bacon on it n wasn't seasoned. I got my usual yankee beef burger that had very little blue cheese n wasn't seasoned at all. We go to Grindhouse at the airport every time we fly out, 4 to 5 times a year and they are so much better there(both places). Needless to say we were disappointed and won't be going back to this Grindhouse.
First time visiting. Went around 9pm. Upstairs is a bar. There is plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. But most of the tables weren't cleaned. I love how you can customize your burger to your liking. I got the black bean burger, and it was ok. It had no flavor. However, the brussel sprouts were good and the fries...BOMB! So crisp and flavorful.

Out of towner here, was recommended this place and for the most part did not disappoint. It fits in the mold as a Five Guys, or In-and-out. Fast casual, high quality. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is that we visited when the ice cream machine was down, and couldn't get a shake. Hope McDonald's perpetual ice cream outages don't spread!
Food was delicious; we ordered Euro style hamburger and was very good. We sat at the upper patio and the atmosphere was awesome, we were able to talk without being annoyed with loud music like most of the restaurants these days. Chaunce our server was cordial and very attentive. We?ll be back
The burger was so greasy that the bun fell apart. The beef had no seasoning at all, which meant the flavor relied entirely on the toppings and condiments. The fries were just thrown on the plate without any seasoning. I ordered a bacon cheddar burger to-go, and it came with fries.
Great burgers at an excellent price and a wide selection of beers and libations. Back again? tried the chili. It was good but it was too liquidy (is that a word? for my preference. Burger and o-rings were perfect though, as usual. Jimmy, our bartender, was very attentive.

Location is a little sterile but definitely clean! Burger Pattie?s are ok, buns are really tasty, toppings are impressive and I loved the French fries and chipotle ranch!
Good burger joint. They are always super nice to my dog (pit mix) and will bring her water without me asking.
