Gristmill River Restaurant Bar

The venue is such a neat experience. The outside areas are great during nice weather. The restaurant is an old mill which was converted into an amazing restaurant. The service here is impeccable. The servers and bartenders are all knowledgeable and friendly. They take their time to explain menu items and more to you. I was impressed by the food as well. The onion rings are out of this world. The meat had so much flavor, the sides are all seasoned well. The drinks were made just right! It's a favorite of ours and we visit whenever we pass through or make it a duty to stop by. You won't be disappointed.

The food was remarkable, always the case! But our seating downstairs and outside was not nice. The chairs/benches sat uneven because of trees. And the flies (restaurant near a river) were annoying. And for entertainment, my wife and I observed a floor manager walk around and stand with a scowled look towards a server, for some unknown reason. It made our dining experience a bit distracting.

I highly recommend the burger. The patties were delicious The onion Rings and jalapeno poppers were also good We were seated pretty quickly for a Sunday afternoon. They had live music. Service was on point.

Been here many times and the service and food is always amazing. Beer garden is so nice and the views are spectacular.
