Ich wäre in dieses traditionelle Wirtshaus gar nicht gegangen, auf der Suche nach veganem Essen tatsächlich gab es aber so viel Auswahl, dass ich mich kaum entscheiden konnte. Alles eindeutig und klar gekennzeichnet, die Mitarbeitenden offensichtlich auch gut geschult, es war ein rundum sehr gelungener Besuch dort. Komme wieder und probiere weitere Gerichte!
Der große Kiepenkerl bietet leckere vegetarische und vegane Gerichte. Die Karte wechselt, je nach Saison auch gerne die Gerichte, sodass man nicht dazu genötigt ist immer auf dasselbe Gericht zurückzugreifen. Freundliches Personal, jedoch zu Stoßzeiten gelegentlich mit Warten verbunden. Das Ambiente ist einladend rustikal mit modernen Elementen.

Entgegen der Erwartung bei einem traditionellen westfälischen Gasthaus gibt es sehr viele vegetarische Gerichte.. vegan sind 2 ausgezeichnet aber auf Nachfrage sind noch weitere „veganisierbar“ Küche und Management stehen dem Veganen offensichtlich sehr aufgeschlossen gegenüber und der Service ist großartig
