Grotto Pizza was highly recommended by Charlie Angel from the Iron Core Band, who has fond memories of dining at this pizzeria during his upbringing. This little hidden gem was discovered by my FIL while working in the area. We all dined in last night for the first time. Our waitress was full of smiles, attentive and hustling between tables and phone duties. We had 3 of the crab meat stuffed fishfilet special which was delicious and came with large sides. We did Buffalo cauliflower bites, calamari, and musselsappetizers which were all great. I had a California cheese steak and cheese fries and was delighted to see multiple layers ofcheese and not just across the top. Amongst several other dishes we were all happy and the cannoli ice cream is worth a tripback alone. If you are in the area I'd recommend giving them a shot!!!
Best food in nj owner best of good personality Todd Rules the quality of the food prepared made with love pride. Never had pizza or any meatball calzone rules in my opinion. We just had The Grotto cater our engagement party. The food was great and the pricing was completely reasonable. Todd was super helpful in making sure we had everything we needed and making sure we ordered the right amount of food. Such a nice guy and veryeasy to deal with. The food was phenomenal.

The Grotto is a hidden gem! I ordered takeout twice this weekend, and the food was fantastic. The prices are great, and the staff are wonderful.
