Once again I find myself at the Grotto Posmonte but this time not in the summer period but during the Christmas period. Let 's talk about the welcome, fantastic and warm, the manager Soraya always knows how to make every customer feel at ease. The Christmas decorations were not too many but just right and the touch of the lit fireplace made the evening even more Christmassy. Let 's start in order. Delicate and not exaggerated house welcome aperitif given what awaited us. I found the crunchy focaccia delicious with lard on top and an excellent feeling of honey. As well as other delicacies that I 'm not here to explain to you but you have to experience them. The house appetizer. A cutting board that looked like a painting, here you can see the chef 's skill in creating a composition of top quality cured meats accompanied by soft bread and slices of hot homemade piadina, every taste of the cutting board is an emotion. The first one arrives. Lasagna with porcini mushrooms and parmesan... devour fresh, unattached pasta with the other soft layers and divine porcini mushrooms and the parmesan cream on top. Lasagna pure poetry. The second braised venison with taragna polenta arrives. The polenta is balanced and not too salty, while the venison? You could have left the knife alone, do we understand ? In a carefree, good and harmonious environment the result can only be 5 stars. The waiter was kind, friendly and professional.
