Grounded. Coffee Shop Food Factory

2 stars because the staff was friendly. I ordered a sandwich, side salad, and hot coffee. Waited for quite a bit (there were no other customers inside, which I should have taken as a hint). The chef came ro my table to let me know that the person who took my order didn't know that they were out of chicken if I'd like to choose something else kn the menu. He was kind and apologized for the inconvenience. I said I would do a breakfast sandwich, but he said they couldn't because they didn't have the pan to cook eggs in... a pan.
