Groundswell - Réserver une table

Was in Groundswell a few times and was never a big fan. They just didn't seem to know what it was vegan. For example, they said they had vegan French toast. It was banana bread with chocolate syrup on top! Once we ordered guacamole and chips and got a portion of Guac in one of these little ketchup cups maybe two tablespoons? Get some time in 2018 when I went with some friends. We ordered quite simple dishes, but one did not come up to 30 minutes that we counted after the other two, that is a downer for people to eat together. You have oat milk! Her vegan foods are also pretty good. I don't really go there for food, but it's always nice to know that you can take a bite when you get hungry middle study session

this court is so good! the dressing is amazing. probably my favorite vegan dish in any restaurant in the twin cities. also the bakery and coffee products are delicious!

There are only two vegan options during brunch, so I would not recommend if you want a ton of variety. However, the food is great and the coffee is produced locally!
