Staff is very nice. Can't say anything. Just a little inattentive sometimes. One or two tablecloths lay dirty on the table for several days. Only when I had put them together were they swapped. The dirt under the tables isn't vacuumed away every day either. The entrance area and the toilets downstairs at the restaurant are different. Every morning the areas were cleaned. The room: The bathroom was clean and without mold. The furniture has seen better days. That should be renewed. And big topic “mattress”. Ours were very hard. We stayed at the Hotel Drei Berge (then Bellevue) 2 years ago and the mattresses were perfect.
Very nice hotel in the heart of Murren, easily reachable from the train station. The room was spotless and had a breathtaking view of the mountains. All personnel, nobody excluded, have been exceptionally kind to us. Breakfast was also very good and took place in the restaurant which has also a great view. I definitely recommend this hotel!
