We had a fabulous meal in the old town of Montreux. It was a bit of a hike up the hill but the exercise was well worth it. The staff and patrons made us feel very welcome. The restaurant was also the local drinking hole...for the residents of the old town which made the evening very entertaining. The cheese fondue was exceptional. Thanks to the staff and patrons at cafe Grutli for a memorable evening.

We had fantastic food and kind service. Unassuming and a little quirky, it feels very much like a local place we were the only tourists and though there is an English menu you may need a little French to chat with the staff. We...had an astoundingly good fondue and mussels. The chef also kindly made some allowances for our requests. Would highly recommend!
The best restaurant we have visited in Switzerland. Excellent chef, great hospitality and value for money. Tucked away In the old part of town, good chefs playlist. French Chef enjoys talking rugby with us Aussie’s and Gloria warmly looked after us. All in all a...good night out with a great team. Well worth a visit. Réservez une table maintenant
Beautifully executed, delicious food. Gorgeous, inventive salads as starters followed by an excellent Filets de perche and beautifully dry chips, and the melt in your mouth Beef Rossini, with fantastic gratin. Prices very correct. Lovely warm service from Gloria. We will be back!
