The service really wasn't great, she was clearly rude, not even a hello. We had a raclette, the potatoes were not cooked. We asked for more, the same thing. Then, more cheese (we tried to call out to the waitress several times who pretended to ignore us). In the end, we didn't take anything back and left... it's a real shame...
If only I had read the reviews here first... It's unbelievable what they allow themselves to do here. The service is catastrophic, to put it nicely. The fondue was bad and not enough. It seems to have been designed solely for tourists who come to eat cheese. As a Swiss, I have to say: it's a shame and never again.
The service is underground. Zero motivation from the employees, long waiting times despite the half empty restaurant. Nobody clears the table after dinner. The employees prefer to smoke 5m next to the restaurant instead of taking care of the guest... apparently there is no need for it in such a tourist hotspot :
