Wow, what an experience. We popped in and were able to get a seat at the rooftop bar. Bartenders wrote fun and efficient. Being on a restrictive diet I was leary of eating g spicy foods. My friend ordered guacamole that was excellent and not at all spicy, served with nacho chips and plantain strip chips. Both if which were good. She had a flavored margarita that she really enjoyed. I wax drinking water but when the bartender knew I couldn't have alcohol he suggested mango juice. He had a concentrate, let me taste it then made a huice fie me that was very tasty and soothing. Our bill was $35 tip for juice, one drink and the guacamole so a bit pricy but the atmosphere makes up for it. All Food...
We started with some cocktails a Paloma, Mango Picante, Agave Smoke and a Sandia Mia. Appetizers were Traditional Guacamole and Queso. Of those 4 my top 2 drinks are the Paloma Sandia Mia. The Mango Picante with that sassy popsicle is a close 3rd. Nick's favorite is the Agave and Smoke, it puts on a good show. Entrées Ayesha had a Caesar Salad with Enchiladas Suizas. Kaleigh had the Mahi-Mahi tacos. Nick went with the Carnitas. I had the Carne Asada. All of our food was cooked to perfection. I loved the presentation of my Carne Asada. First time here tonight and it was delicious! I had the carnitas, and honestly they were the best I've had at any restaurant. Fall apart tender, served on top of a tomatillo sauce with crema drizzled on top and served with tortillas. The friends I was with got the short rib nachos and they were delicious as well! This is a little more upscale than most restaurants of this cuisine around Louisville, and while my entree was $16, I felt it was very much worth it. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for delicious Mexican food, great food and service!
Made a reservation on OpenTable and only high top dining was available. My husband doesnât like that. When we got there the host went out of his way to check his reservations and was able to set us in a regular dining table. So kind.Every dish we tried was great! Waiter was very welcoming, helpful and kind. Made great recommendations without being at all pushy. Made sure that we were taken care of all throughout the dinner. Food serving was paced appropriately and warm when served. An overall great experience! Canât wait to come back.

Tonight was my first time...ummm, and AMAZING. 100% cool vibe, delicious fresh made margs, great queso/salsas/guac, beautiful entrees, and I wish I had caught my server's name-because he was, literally, as good as it gets. On par with a Rocco's Tacos. TRUST!! Outstanding evening. Thank you-to ALL the staff.
The atmosphere was great, the service was phenomenal, the drinks were a whole experience by themselves, and the food was all so flavorful and bright. We had such an awesome first experience at Guacamole. A bit pricey but all worth it! Definitely a great spot for a dinner experience. We will visit again!
The overpriced margarita or, should I say, lemonade. I don't mind paying high prices for a good margarita but add a fair amount of tequila. I also ordered the Churrasco steak, and it was tiny and overpriced. The presentation was impressive but not worth it.
Legit one of the best meals I have ever had, and I travel weekly for work. If you are in town looking for a great bite, eat here. Whiskey row has some decent restaurants, but this place in NULU is the bomb.
