I was astonished when our meals arrived in under ten minutes, and they were cooked to perfection. I ordered the Texas Fajitas and one of their Halloween drink specials, the Toxic Waste. The steak, chicken, and shrimp were delicious, and I loved the experience of building my own tacos. The drink was quite strong but tasted excellent. My wife chose the taco salad, and it must have been just right because she typically complains about spicy dishes, but she didn’t say a word. She also opted for a Halloween drink, the Tipsy Ghost, which was similarly strong but flavorful. Firstly, I noticed that prices have gone up significantly, which is understandable given the current economy; however, the food quality has really declined. The cheese dip was so thin it resembled water— it couldn’t even cling to the chips. Then, when the meal arrived (sizzling enchiladas), they were topped with a mix of cheap yellow cheese and that same watery cheese dip, which just puddled under the enchiladas, making them soggy. The staff acknowledged that many customers have complained about the low-quality shredded cheese they are using instead of the white queso cheese they once served. I sampled the sizzling salad, and I was really pleased with the experience! They served it in a skillet with steaming vegetables, drizzled with dressing, and then tossed the hot veggies into the salad—it was quite an enticing presentation. I found the salad to be quite unique, and I might have to attempt something similar for my own salads in the future. As anticipated, the guacamole was outstanding (definitely add jalapeños!), along with the salsa and chips.
Nunez was an exceptional server—he handled all of his tables quickly and efficiently, delivering everything to us in a very timely manner while also being incredibly friendly. The food arrived surprisingly fast, even though he mentioned that the kitchen was running behind. We waited no more than 15 minutes for our meals; I had the fajitas and my friend ordered a steak quesadilla. I already love this place, but tonight was definitely our best experience yet! I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The bean dip that accompanies the chips is definitely a standout! I ordered the ceviche since I couldn't find it nearby, and it was absolutely delicious. The drinks were expertly crafted, but I recommend coming with a group because the tower drinks sound incredible and are intended for at least four people. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit!
The food was decent overall. The salsa was quite spicy—perhaps a bit too spicy for my taste. While the fajitas were flavorful, the rice was bland and the beans were tasteless and served cold. I also think the service could improve. It would be helpful if they cleared away empty dishes to create more space; having extra plates cluttering the table for five people can be quite frustrating.

The food was quite basic and lacked flavor. While it wasn’t bad, it didn’t exceed expectations either. I visited after hearing positive reviews about the restaurant. The drinks have a flavor reminiscent of cocktails you'd find at a club—this is the best way I can describe the taste of the alcohol. When I first walked into the restaurant, I couldn’t help but feel a sense of curiosity, which I later recognized as a positive impression.
