We looked for the guachinche sign indicating the unique typical Canarian eateries in the wine district around La Mantanza, Santa Ursula and La Victoria. We had luck to find Casa Ramón located on a very steep sloping narrow road in La Victoria. The restaurant was filled with locals only this Sunday afternoon. The place is a typically family run restaurant with the parents cooking and the (teenager) children taking orders and serving. We noted the interesting food served to the neighboring tables.
