Whether it's the afternoon or the nine at night, there's a huge list of people or it's not full, it works with the precision of a Swiss watch and the waiting times are not exaggerated, the kitchen works uninterruptedly (at least on weekends), the attention is un appealing and the dishes are very good. the taste of typical food and the proper organization of efficient chain production make you always want to come back, the sooner the better.
