Un guachinche auténtico. A esto sí se le puede calificar de guachinche y no como otros q se acercan más a bares-restaurantes. Sus platos son pulpo, cherne salado, chuletas y bistec de cerdo y papas, tanto fritas como guisadas. De picar sólo queso, y de postre rosquetes de naranja. El local es un salón al estilo típico de un guachinche lleno de anuncios de pequeñas empresas en sus paredes. La cocina forma parte del salón y por lo tanto a la vista de todo el mundo. my man and I wanted to eat real Canarian food. we were reclaimed this place by a garage employee in el sauzal. we are so glad that we had the chance to taste her food. we ask the waiter to help us. he recommanded the...queso asado. just delicious! and then we shared a plate of huevos al estampido. again delicious. after these two plates we were full. Sitio auténtico para comer en familia. Había bastante gente, pero no tardaron mucho en darnos mesa. La comida según se acaba, comes de lo que quede. Comimos cherne y bistec, con papas guisadas y fritas, y probamos el queso que estaba muy bueno. En general todo correcto. Nos quedamos con ganas de probar la paella. Lo ideal es ir temprano para poder tener más opciones de comida. Se puede aparcar bien por la zona.
