Not easy to find, stick it in google maps and eat there, it’s worth it. We’ve been walking this week in la Cañada la Orotava and been to eat lunch here twice as it’s close to where we were staying. The staff are so friendly and the dishes on offer are homemade and typically Canarian. The ropa vieja a beef, potatoes and chick pea stew is steaming hot and satisfying, as is the carne de Cabra goat stew that comes slathered in hot homemade chips huevos al estampido fried eggs, chips, chorizo and paprika , champiñones Almagrote lightly breaded mushrooms stuffed with cheese from la gomera are but a few that we tried, we were not disappointed. Great place. Well worth the effort to get there. We walked from the botanical gardens which is uphill all the way. The veal was amazing, tender and tasty. Had the pork and chicken as well which were really good. Great place, highly recommended. Only 42 euros for a a load of decent food. Go on, get stuck in to it
We came two nights in a row since we really enjoyed it the first one. Delicious homemade wine and desserts, specially white wine and “polvito Uruguayo”. We strongly recommend trying “huevos estampida ” and “ropa vieja”. There was also a great amount of food in the dishes.
Sitio amplio para comer y un buen aparcamiento tambien. La comida bien,aunque la carne es algo escasa en los platos que pedimos ropa vieja y cabra Me sorprendió mucho que tuvieran café. Algo que deberían de tener ciidado es que habia alguna hormiguita por las ventanas.

En general muy buena opción para comer. Trato muy bueno por parte del personal (expecial mención a Fernando y José , buena relación calidad precio (comimos y bebimos por 29 euros mi pareja y yo . Muy recomendable.
Lugar amplio y acogedor. Con parking inmenso. La comida es normal, sencillo y bueno. Los precios son razonables.
